First proper mini show today with @britishminiclub at Himley Hall and as usual it didn’t disappoint. Well done British Mini Club. Roll on Stanford Hall in September!
We did it!! We will make Himley Hall mini show tomorrow. Its been a long week repairing this after someone drove in to the side of it. Back to its former glory now, just got to have it back in a week for the final polish and decals when the paint has hardened.
On the night shift to get this one painted to make it to Himley Hall on Sunday. Lots still to do to get it finished 🤞🤞
A quick walk round the recently completed 1960 Austin seven

So this week saw the Austin seven project leave us. This arrived with us as a bare shell with lots of parts missing and everything else needing restoration. The owner has owned this car since the early 70’s and it hadn’t been on the road since the mid 70’s. Another mini saved and back on the road.
You can have any colour you want as long as its speedwell blue.⬅️1960 Austin seven➡️1980 pickup

So we have some Speedwell Blue on the pick up. Just got to paint the roof Old English white now.
